In our door plant, Multiwood's employees are hard at work, assembling doors, cutting and edging kitchen components, as well as creating custom products for our many customers.  This is also where all sanding and quality control is done.  When our products leave here, our customer can be assured that it has passed the strictest of quality control checks.Here the stiles and rails for the doors are cut to size, and checked for defects. Our panels are laminated, planed, sized then shaped to the various styles ordered by our customers. 

After the panels are hand sanded, and then machine sanded.The panels are then inspected and touched up again before they go to our door assembly personel. The doors are glued and assembled, then they all go directly to our CNC router where they are sized and squared to precise tolerances, after which they go through the wide belt sander, before being again hand sanded, and thoroughly inspected.
