Multiwood is proud to produce fine products from a wide variety of wood species. Red oak, maple, pine, cherry, alder, walnut and hickory are some of the many species we work with. The characteristics of each species are unique, and equally as unique is each tree. Due to genetic differences, soil, moisture and weather, the wood we get in any one species varies widely. These natural variations - "God's Fingerprints" - give wood the beauty that we have learned to appreciate. It is impossible to guarantee that all pieces used will have uniform colour, and be free of these natural marks. Knotty wood is available in most species.
